Norfolk FX Trader is a trading name of JJ’s Enterprises Norfolk Limited (Company Number: 13117805).
By accessing this website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use any services.
1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By purchasing from this website, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You have read and understood these Terms
You agree to be bound by them in full
You understand access is delivered following purchase
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. ELIGIBILITY
All products and services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over only.
3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
We provide digital educational services with structured tutor support, including:
(1) Profit Per Trade Workshop – £49
A foundational educational workshop designed to introduce core trading principles and basic market understanding.
Includes:
structured educational content
access to explanatory materials
access to tutor-led clarification and support via platform or community channels
(2) Structure Companion Tool – £198
A digital trading system designed to assist with structured market analysis and decision-making support.
Includes:
access to the Structure Companion Tool system
access to the Pro V3 Structure Engine
setup and usage guidance
structured tutor support for correct application of the system
private community access where applicable
Novice to Pro Mastermind — Module 1 included as a bonus
(3) 90-Day Profit Trading System – £999
An advanced educational trading programme combining structured learning, trading methodology and execution support.
Includes:
90-Day Profit Trading System educational framework
structured implementation guidance
execution methodology guidance
community access
tutor support for system application and decision-making structure
4. CONDITIONAL / LEGACY PRICING
From time to time, we may offer promotional or conditional pricing, including:

These offers are:
not guaranteed
not permanently available
issued at our sole discretion
restricted to eligible users or past customers only
Standard pricing is defined in Section 3.
5. ACCESS & DELIVERY
All products are digital services delivered electronically following purchase.
ONLINE VIEWING — INTERNET ACCESS REQUIRED: Profit Per Trade Workshop, Novice To Pro Mastermind and Companion Tool course lessons are streamed through the course platform. Downloadable video files are not included.
Access begins following checkout completion, subject to any applicable activation or onboarding process.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
access begins following purchase
the contract is fulfilled through delivery of the purchased digital service and access
no physical goods are supplied
Companion Tool License Activation: Access to the Structure Companion Tool is unlocked inside your TradingView “Invite-Only Scripts” folder within 24–48 hours of purchase.
6. ACCESS MODEL (IMPORTANT)
All purchases grant a non-transferable, revocable digital access licence.
This means:
you are granted permission to use the service
you do not own any system, software, or content
access is conditional on system availability and compliance with these Terms
We do not sell ownership or lifetime entitlement.
7. TUTOR SUPPORT
All products include structured tutor support delivered via:
Discord community
email communication
platform-based guidance systems
Tutor support is provided for educational purposes only and includes:
system clarification
guidance on application of materials
structured learning support
Tutor support does NOT include:
financial advice
investment advice
personalised trading instructions
guaranteed responses or outcomes
We reserve the right to manage support availability and delivery format to maintain service quality.
8. STRUCTURE COMPANION TOOL (THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCY)
The Structure Companion Tool is developed, hosted, and maintained by a third-party developer.
Norfolk FX Trader acts solely as a reseller of access.
We do NOT:
own or control the source code
control hosting infrastructure
guarantee uptime or uninterrupted availability
guarantee future updates or continued operation
Access depends on third-party systems including TradingView and developer infrastructure.
9. 90-DAY PROFIT TRADING SYSTEM
The 90-Day Profit Trading System is an educational trading programme providing structured training, methodology guidance and execution support.
It includes:
structured training system
execution methodology guidance
community access
tutor support
This is NOT:
financial advice
trading signals
managed account service
guaranteed income system
We may modify, restructure, or discontinue elements of the programme where required.
10. REFUNDS POLICY
All purchases are strictly non-refundable.
Due to digital access delivery:
no refunds are issued once access is granted
no partial refunds are provided
all sales are final
By purchasing, you agree that access begins following purchase and constitutes delivery of the service.
10B. 7-DAY PRO V3 GUARANTEE
The Pro V3 Structure Engine includes a 7-day performance comparison guarantee provided by JJ’s Enterprises Norfolk Limited (trading as Norfolk FX Trader).
The guarantee begins from the date Pro V3 access is provided to you and lasts for 7 calendar days.
During this period, you may use Pro V3 alongside the way you currently map market structure and compare the two directly.
If, after completing the 7-day comparison, Pro V3 has not beaten the way you currently map market structure, you may claim the complete Profit Per Trade Workshop at no cost.
To make a claim under this guarantee:
You must complete the full 7-day comparison period.
You must contact us after the 7-day period has been completed.
You must provide screenshots or other reasonable evidence showing your existing market-structure mapping alongside the corresponding Pro V3 structure on the same charts.
The comparison must relate specifically to Pro V3’s market-structure mapping and application of the Rule-Locked Structure Framework™.
We will review the evidence provided to determine whether the conditions of the guarantee have been met.
If the claim is accepted, we will provide access to the complete Profit Per Trade Workshop at no additional cost.
The Profit Per Trade Workshop is the sole remedy provided under this specific guarantee. The guarantee does not provide a cash refund or refund of the Pro V3 purchase price.
The guarantee does not apply to trading profits, winning trades, trading performance, investment returns or any other financial outcome. It relates solely to the comparison between Pro V3’s market-structure mapping and the customer’s existing method of mapping market structure.
This guarantee does not affect or limit any statutory rights or remedies that you may have under applicable consumer law.
11. PAYMENT DISPUTES / CHARGEBACKS
By purchasing, you agree that:
access is delivered following checkout
disputes must first be raised via support
chargebacks claiming “non-delivery” are not valid where access has been granted
We reserve the right to provide evidence of access delivery in any dispute process.
12. THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCY
We are not responsible for:
developer downtime or changes
TradingView platform issues
hosting interruptions
external system failures beyond our control
12B. INDEPENDENT PEER-TO-PEER SERVICES
Within our Discord community, members may independently engage in peer-to-peer services, including but not limited to mentorship, coaching, or performance support.
One example of this is Danny, a funded member of the community who may provide optional peer mentorship services.
These services are:
entirely independent from Norfolk FX Trader
not part of any official 90-Day Profit Trading System or structured programme offering
not managed, controlled, or guaranteed by Norfolk FX Trader
arranged directly between individuals without company involvement
We accept no responsibility or liability for any agreements, communication, outcomes, or disputes arising from such independent peer-to-peer arrangements.
13. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
these Terms are violated
abuse or misuse occurs
system integrity is compromised
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, systems, training materials, and branding remain the intellectual property of Norfolk FX Trader or its partners.
You may not:
copy
resell
distribute
share access credentials or materials
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for:
trading losses
financial losses
indirect or consequential damages
system downtime or third-party failures
All content is provided for educational purposes only.
16. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
We do not guarantee:
profitability
trading success
financial performance
Past performance or examples shown do not guarantee future results.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
