Norfolk FX Trader is a trading name of JJ’s Enterprises Norfolk Limited (Company Number: 13117805).
By accessing this website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use any services.
1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By purchasing from this website, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these Terms
You agree to be bound by them in full
You understand access is delivered immediately upon purchase
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. ELIGIBILITY
All products and services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over only.
3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
We provide digital educational services with structured tutor support, including:
(1) Profit Per Trade Workshop – £49
A foundational educational workshop designed to introduce core trading principles and basic market understanding.
Includes:
structured educational content
access to explanatory materials
access to tutor-led clarification and support via platform or community channels
(2) Structure Companion Tool – £198
A digital trading system designed to assist with structured market analysis and decision-making support.
Includes:
access to the Structure Companion Tool system
setup and usage guidance
structured tutor support for correct application of the system
community access where applicable
(3) Mastermind + Execution Floor – £999
An advanced educational and execution support program combining structured learning with community-based implementation.
Includes:
Mastermind educational framework
Execution Floor community access
structured implementation guidance
tutor support for system application and decision-making structure
4. CONDITIONAL / LEGACY PRICING
From time to time, we may offer promotional or conditional pricing, including:
£399 upgrade offers
£699 legacy or promotional upgrade offers
These offers are:
not guaranteed
not permanently available
issued at our sole discretion
restricted to eligible users or past customers only
Standard pricing is defined in Section 3.
5. ACCESS & DELIVERY
All products are digital services delivered instantly upon purchase.
Access is deemed fully delivered at the time of checkout completion.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
access begins immediately
the contract is fulfilled upon delivery of access
no physical goods are supplied
6. ACCESS MODEL (IMPORTANT)
All purchases grant a non-transferable, revocable digital access licence.
This means:
you are granted permission to use the service
you do not own any system, software, or content
access is conditional on system availability and compliance with these Terms
We do not sell ownership or lifetime entitlement.
7. TUTOR SUPPORT
All products include structured tutor support delivered via:
Discord community
email communication
platform-based guidance systems
Tutor support is provided for educational purposes only and includes:
system clarification
guidance on application of materials
structured learning support
Tutor support does NOT include:
financial advice
investment advice
personalised trading instructions
guaranteed responses or outcomes
We reserve the right to manage support availability and delivery format to maintain service quality.
8. STRUCTURE COMPANION TOOL (THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCY)
The Structure Companion Tool is developed, hosted, and maintained by a third-party developer.
Norfolk FX Trader acts solely as a reseller of access.
We do NOT:
own or control the source code
control hosting infrastructure
guarantee uptime or uninterrupted availability
guarantee future updates or continued operation
Access depends on third-party systems including TradingView and developer infrastructure.
9. MASTERmind + EXECUTION FLOOR
The Mastermind + Execution Floor is an educational and community-based execution support environment.
It includes:
structured training system
execution methodology guidance
community access
This is NOT:
financial advice
trading signals
managed account service
guaranteed income system
We may modify, restructure, or discontinue elements of the program where required.
10. REFUNDS POLICY
All purchases are strictly non-refundable.
Due to instant digital access delivery:
no refunds are issued once access is granted
no partial refunds are provided
all sales are final
By purchasing, you agree that access begins immediately and constitutes full delivery of the service.
11. PAYMENT DISPUTES / CHARGEBACKS
By purchasing, you agree that:
access is delivered instantly upon checkout
disputes must first be raised via support
chargebacks claiming “non-delivery” are not valid where access has been granted
We reserve the right to provide evidence of access delivery in any dispute process.
12. THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCY
We are not responsible for:
developer downtime or changes
TradingView platform issues
hosting interruptions
external system failures beyond our control
13. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
these Terms are violated
abuse or misuse occurs
system integrity is compromised
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, systems, training materials, and branding remain the intellectual property of Norfolk FX Trader or its partners.
You may not:
copy
resell
distribute
share access credentials or materials
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for:
trading losses
financial losses
indirect or consequential damages
system downtime or third-party failures
All content is provided for educational purposes only.
16. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
We do not guarantee:
profitability
trading success
financial performance
Past performance or examples shown do not guarantee future results.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
